Please fill out our Registration Form and bring it in with you when you come for your first class.
After completing a 90-minute Bikram's Beginning Yoga class, you will feel amazing! You won't believe that it is possible to feel this good and you will wonder what took you so long to start. The class is a series of 26 hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room. You will stretch, tone, flush, re-align and re-organize every single organ and system in your body. Come with an open mind, ready to work hard, sweat and have fun!
Wear something comfortable that you can stretch and sweat in.
LADIES: lycra shorts or capri pants and sports bra.
MEN: lycra shorts, no shirt needed.
Avoid eating 2-3 hours prior to class, but make sure to drink lots of water.
